D & D Productions, Inc., was formed in October of 2007 as the event production company which has owned, managed, and promoted the Ag & Construction Expo since 2007. In 2009 they teamed up with the Billings Gazette to manage and promote the Holiday Food & Gift Festival and the Rocky Mountain Arts and Crafts Festival.  Douglas has worked with great success in the fields of agriculture and marketing for many years.  His expertise and experience make him a natural fit for the helm of  these rapidly growing events.
